The data reported in Column F and Column G regarding transfer out students is not a full count of all transfer out students from the cohort. It only reports students who are reported in NSLDS as having transferred to other institutions. We are aware of many other students who have
self-reported transfer out status but are not in the NSLDS and have not included those in the data in Column F and Column G.

Thomas Edison State University enrolls primarily part-time, non first-time students; the majority are working adults. Thus, the University does not compute graduation rates for its overall student body. In FY 2010 (2009-2010), there were 55 students who received TAG grants- these students were new to Thomas Edison State University not necessarily "first time" students. The sample included 3 students who were enrolled at the Associates degree level. National Student Clearinghouse data was used to determine if students went on to pursue their studies elsewhere (Column F).
