The New Jersey Financial Aid Management System (NJFAMS) is now available for all New Jersey students who apply for NJ State aid for the 2023-2024 academic year. Each student will need to log in and set up an NJFAMS account. NJFAMS is a user-friendly, real-time system. To get started, click here.

After you create an NJFAMS account, be sure to log into your account and review your customized To Do List. All required verification documents must be uploaded to your NJFAMS profile. For detailed instructions on how to upload required documents, click here.
It is important to meet all filing deadlines. If you are a new college student and applying for financial aid for the first time, you have one set of important dates. If you are a returning student and want to apply for renewal of state aid, you have to complete your application earlier.
