With MappingXpress Electronic Document Collection, you will expedite the processing of your state grant file.
To use MappingXpress, you will need access to a personal device such as a printer/scanner, tablet. laptop computer, smart phone or iPad. If you do not have access to one of these devices, please mail your documents to HESAA P.O. Box 540, Trenton, NJ 08625.
DO NOT SCAN AND MAIL DUPLICATE DOCUMENTS! SCANNING AND MAILING DUPLICATE DOCUMENTS WILL DELAY THE PROCESSING OF YOUR FILE!!
Please note that when you are saving your scanned documents, the following file types are accepted by MappingXpress: .bmp, .doc, .docx, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, .png, .rtf, .tif, .txt, .xls, and .xlsx.
NOTE:
If you are submitting documents for more than one student, please submit documents for one student at a time.
When you have scanned your documents on your personal device, write down the location of the files.
